atk666 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Access to the atk666 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is enforced through our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual, not as a representative of any business or organisation for commercial purposes.
• You have verified that the use of online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the atk666 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method that does not belong to you.

atk666 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services on atk666, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the atk666 platform. If you are found to have created duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — atk666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings or bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the platform without prior notice.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Any misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms. atk666 may suspend your account and withhold withdrawals if discrepancies are discovered during verification.

2.3 KYC Verification

atk666 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity documentation, which may include a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other acceptable proof of identity, as well as proof of address. atk666 may request updated documentation at any time at its sole discretion.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. atk666 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

atk666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not supported; players must transact exclusively in BDT.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change, and atk666 will publish any amendments on the platform with reasonable notice. Individual payment providers may impose additional minimum or maximum transaction limits.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, subject to successful KYC verification and satisfactory completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. atk666 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

3.4 Player Funds

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. atk666 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

atk666 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions, which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• atk666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only; systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Each promotion is available to a maximum of one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts constitute fraud.
• atk666 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting any bonus or processing a withdrawal associated with a promotional offer.

5. Responsible Gaming

atk666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players across Bangladesh. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atk666 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any portion of the atk666 platform, software, or game content.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Engaging in charge-backs or fraudulent payment disputes after placing bets or claiming bonuses.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward atk666 support staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the atk666 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of atk666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of atk666's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atk666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the atk666 platform or any services provided therein. This includes, without limitation:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, platform outages, or force majeure events outside atk666's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay, including losses arising from decisions made while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or promotional material published on the atk666 platform.

atk666's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

atk666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the atk666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your personal data is used solely to administer your account, process transactions, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the atk666 platform experience for players across Bangladesh.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

atk666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, atk666 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the atk666 platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which atk666 is incorporated and licensed as an international offshore gaming operator. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their use of the atk666 platform complies with all laws applicable to them locally.
